You need to do more fact checking on your own rather than believing what you read or hear. I am not going to say you are right or wrong, you deserve your own opinion. Your staements however strongly suggest you are seriously mis-informed. Unless you are filthy rich (which perhaps you are), there will not be a tax increase. If you are filthy rich, your crying will go unheeded as no one (the 95% of Americans that are not rich) really cares that you aren't going to be able to afford a fourth Mercedes next year.

I would like to see a day when we can all just stick to the facts and the issues and not make stupid, racist, stereotypical comments like the one you made regarding Barack Obama hosting the "NAACP Awards at the White House". As an African American woman who actually voted for John McCain in the 2000 primary I find your comments offensive. But then why should I be surprised? You don't have anything else to go on so it's just easier to say something offensive than it is to bring about the facts. The investigation regarding Sarah Palin was started BEFORE she was selected to be the Republican VP nominee. A BIPARTISAN committee investigated the complaint that was made against her. When was this complaint made? BEFORE she was selected as the nominee. Have you read the report? I have not so I will not make any judgements for or against her at this time. I've downloaded and will read it in the near future. So from reading this you can see how easy it is to stick to the facts without reducing yourself to such offensive rhetoric.

Richard, I'm curious. What would be your position on the fellow at the political rally in Pennsylvania who was showing off a Curious George stuffed doll with an "Obama" sticker as a headband and calling Obama a terrorist? Other than his right to express his opinion, do you support what he says?

Dear Richard, So, you blame the Democrats for this financial mess. And you believe that Barack Obama will raise our taxes, and he probably will. Well recent history tells us that someone will have to pay these trillions of dollars that have been wasted. You mean like Gramps McCain needs to retire? At least Joe Biden knows what he's talking about, and doesn't
need a political tutor before he can enter a debate like Palin! I'd love to see her try to do a debate "off the cuff." Obviously,
she'd be a disaster. They gave her talking points to memorize, and that she was apparently capable to do, but
not without her "ya's" and "you betcha's" and "Joe Sixpack's" which is an absolute insult to the middle class American. Palin's an absolute joke and everyone knows it. When challenged
on anything, she changed the subject.
